An app designed to lead a change in the way brands relate to their customers. Today’s big brands are interested in a direct relationship with customers and want to approach them in a personal, straightforward and targeted manner.
The B2ME app builds personal relationships between large brands and private customers by asking questions and pinpointing consumer preferences. Brands can then better understand the needs of their customers. An addition goal is to create a community around the brand. The app gives customers a centralized place for all brand sales, product launches and benefits, in a simple and friendly interface, eliminating the need to join different membership programs. In its initial stages, the app focused on the cosmetics and aesthetics industries. The design challenge was to emphasize and create a design language that conveys the exclusivity of the brand program-one that really made you want to join.
We explored a few different scales of color until we found the right one. It broadcast exactly what we wanted: refreshing and modern. We didn’t want the app to seem aloof; we wanted the attitude towards the customer to be one of listening and intent. We also wanted to convey fashionable refinement and elegance.
In the digital world, it’s easy to disappear and be just another customer or brand. Information moves quickly and content gets lost in social media feeds. The customer deserves more. We chose to use the latest technological tools in order to create prominence for the consumer’s preferences and for the brand. The design challenge was to create a language for the brand that would make the consumer feel cared for and center-stage. We want to evolve into a world where the brand and the consumer can speak directly and listen to one another.
